HOW GROUP PRICING WORKS
We price by vehicle, not by head count.
Every vehicle holds a maximum of 6 passengers comfortably in a pop-up roof 4×4. For groups of 7 to 12 we run two vehicles. For 13 to 18 we run three. Each vehicle has its own driver-guide. The group moves together to each destination but has flexibility to split for different activities.
Group pricing per vehicle runs from $100 to $150 per day for the vehicle and driver depending on the circuit. Accommodation, park fees, and permits are priced per person at the same rates as individual travelers. No group markup. No hidden coordination fees.
We handle all logistics. Accommodation blocks for large groups, permit applications, park reservations, and daily schedules. One WhatsApp group. One contact person. One invoice.
