OUR TRIPS

Every itinerary is built around
what you actually came to see.

MOST POPULAR · 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS

Murchison Falls Experience

The Nile narrows to seven meters, then drops 43 meters. You feel the mist before you reach the top. Murchison is also where Uganda’s largest population of lions hunts at sunrise, where elephants cross the river in front of your boat, and where a morning game drive can cover more ground and more species than a week in parks that charge three times the price.

Queen Elizabeth National Park

The tree-climbing lions of Ishasha are one of the strangest and most photographed things in all of East Africa. Nobody fully understands why they climb. What matters is that they do, and a morning drive through Ishasha sector puts you underneath them. Add the Kazinga Channel boat cruise — the highest concentration of hippos in Uganda — and you have two days that most people say were the best of their trip.

Bwindi Gorilla Trekking

You will trek between one and eight hours depending on where the gorilla family is that morning. The ranger finds them. You get one hour. That hour will be the most disorienting sixty minutes of your life — not because it is frightening, but because you will spend the entire drive back trying to describe it to someone and realizing you cannot. The $800 UWA permit is included in your package price. Confirmed before you pay us a dollar.

From $1,500 per person · $800 UWA permit included

2 DAYS 1 NIGHT

Kibale Chimp Tracking

Kibale has the highest density of chimpanzees in East Africa. Tracking is not a zoo visit. You follow their sounds through the forest until you find them. Then you stay and watch. Add the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary walk for an afternoon that most visitors skip — eight primate species, hundreds of bird species, and none of the crowds.

From $650 per person · $250 UWA permit included

NEW · 1 FULL DAY

Entebbe Day Experience

Entebbe is not just the airport you fly into. Kasenyi fishing village at 6am is one of the most visually alive places in Uganda — boats coming in, fish laid out, a whole economy moving before most travelers have opened their eyes. The Botanical Gardens is where Jane Goodall did her first chimpanzee research. Lake Victoria at sunset is exactly what it sounds like. This is the day trip that becomes the story you tell at home.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

Uganda vs Rwanda gorilla trekking in 2026.

Uganda charges $800 per gorilla permit. Rwanda charges $1,500. Both give you one hour with a habituated gorilla family in their natural forest. The trek in Uganda is longer and harder. The infrastructure in Rwanda is newer and smoother. If you have the budget and want a short easy trek, Rwanda makes sense. If you want the same animal, the same hour, and $700 back in your pocket — Uganda is the obvious choice. We are not neutral on this. We are Ugandan.

None of these fit exactly what you had in mind?

We build custom itineraries. Gorillas plus chimps plus Murchison in ten days. Or one park done properly over four days. Tell us what you want.
